What is it?
Children that encounter the world of books at an early age are given a good headstart (at school) from which they will benefit for the rest of their lives. The BoekStart library program therefore focuses on promoting reading among young children and encouraging parents and children to enjoy reading books together. You can receive a ‘Boekstart Briefcase’ with a booklet and CD of nursery rhymes. In addition, your child receives a free membership and tour of the Library in your area.
For who is it?
Boekstart is a program for parents and their children between the age of 0 and 4.
What can we do?
Ask for the Boekstart-letter and voucher in your OKC or stop by the library in your area. All you need to do is fill out the coupon and return it to your library.
