What is it?
Sing simple lullabys, nursery rhymes, or songs with your baby. Singing to/with your baby encourages the development and understanding of the target language. Your child will learn words and associate them with people, animals, objects and actions.
For who is it?
All parents and their children from the age of 0 to 4.
What can we do?
Sit together and watch each other. Sing slowly and you will notice that your child will enjoy singing with you (or babbling at you!). Accompanying movements and exaggerated intonation make it easier for them to remember.
